Good Monday Morning Everyone,
The plastic surgeon just came out to let me know that the surgery is done and everything went great. He was very pleased!! Dana is already awake and talking to the recovery room nurses about cycling. He will return to his room around 11:00 am, just in time for lunch. Thank you for all of the extra prayers last night and this morning....they sure helped!! As far as we know, this is the absolute last surgery that Dana will need for now. Lets keep our fingers crossed! Have a great day!!

Hooray is right!!! So glad to hear that everything went well this morning. We are keeping our fingers crossed that this is the last surgery for a while anyway---we can't imagine there is much more you can have done!!! You've pretty much run the gamut these past couple of months!!!!!! Get your rest and of course, be patient. Easy for us to say-huh? We know you can do it. It's just another 'red light' that will soon turn green and then it's full steam ahead. You and Courtney continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. Stay positive.

This is awesome news. Christina and I keep thinking about the both of you each day. Keep getting better Dana and know that there is a lot of people that care about the both of you.

Uncle Terry and I (Aunt Judy) think of you Dana (and YOU Courtney!) every day. Your Mom keeps us updated and in touch. We know you will think of this interim as just part of the process of healing, and before you know it...it will seem as though this interim time was fairly brief in the big picture. In December Dana you will 'kick it up a notch' and not look back. Cousin Josh, got it right in the beginning when he said..."... of course Dana will recover, he has lots more to do in his life!" As if you haven't done enough already with the Ride of 05, and other charitable events? Did I mention how proud we are to be related to you? Smile...
